Satisfaction Guarantee and Limited Warranty

Owlet proudly stands behind its products because we want you to be happy with your purchase. For that reason, we provide the following satisfaction guarantee for our products you have purchased directly from Owlet and the limited warranty on our products purchased from Owlet or an authorized reseller of our products:
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE FROM OWLET
All Owlet products purchased from our owlet.se, owlet.fi, owletbaby.dk or owlet.no come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of product setup. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 30 days. Proof of purchase is required.
To qualify for a refund:
- Request a Return Authorization (RA#) from our customer service team within 30 days of purchase: owlet@ibpscandinavia.se.
- Products must have been purchased from Owlet Nordic websites: owlet.se, owlet.fi, owletbaby.dk or owlet.no
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and risk of loss or damage during transit.
- Returned products must be in good physical condition, including all components. Incomplete returns may only be partially refunded.
- Products returned without an RA# may not be processed.
- Products must be returned within two weeks after RA# completion.
Refunds may take up to 14 days and will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend obtaining proof of postage for your return.
Products bought from other retailers must be returned to the original retailer according to their return policy.
2-Year Limited Warranty
Your monitor has a 2-year warranty from the date of app setup against manufacturer defects. General wear and tear, misuse, or improper maintenance are not covered.

- Products purchased from unauthorised sellers (e.g., eBay) are not covered by warranty.
Coverage
We will repair or replace defective products or components. Replacement products are covered for the remaining warranty period. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and products purchased directly from Owlet or authorised sellers.
Legal notes
This limited warranty is the only warranty provided. Implied warranties (e.g., merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the duration of this warranty, where allowed by law. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
